Apply to Become a Trusted Middleman

Trusted middlemen are the backbone of safe trading in our community. If you have the experience and reputation to help others trade safely, we want to hear from you.

What is a Trusted Middleman?

A trusted middleman is a verified, neutral third party who facilitates high-value or cross-platform Roblox trades. They temporarily hold items or currency from both sides of a trade to ensure neither party can back out or run off with the goods.

Because they are independently verified by the RoboWatch team, both traders can rely on them to act honestly. This dramatically reduces the risk of being scammed, especially for large or complex transactions.

Requirements

Established Trade History

You must have a verifiable, positive trade history in the Roblox community — ideally 50+ completed trades with no unresolved disputes.

Community Vouches

You need vouches from trusted, known community members who can speak to your reliability and honesty in trades.

Clean Record

You must have zero confirmed scam cases on RoboWatch or any other community platform. Any flagged history will disqualify your application.

Good Standing

Your Roblox account must be in good standing — not banned, not flagged for suspicious activity, and active for at least 6 months.

Responsive & Available

Trusted middlemen must be reasonably available to facilitate trades and respond to both parties within a sensible timeframe.

Agree to Code of Conduct

All middlemen are expected to remain neutral, never take sides in disputes, and immediately flag any suspicious activity to the RoboWatch team.

What You Get

  • Official Verified Middleman badge on your profile
  • Listed on the public trusted middlemen directory
  • Priority support from the RoboWatch team
  • Community recognition for your trusted service
  • Access to the private middlemen coordination channel

Note: Acceptance is not guaranteed. We carefully review every application to ensure only the most trustworthy community members earn the Verified Middleman badge. Misrepresenting your history or vouches will result in a permanent ban.
